Public Notice Fair Housing
Requirements
The County of Lenoir is a recipient of Federal Community Development
Block funds. It is the policy of the County to affirmatively further fair housing
and encourage compliance by local agencies in the area. It is unlawful to participate
in discriminatory housing practices on the basis of race, color, sex, religion,
national origin, handicapping condition, or familial status.
